Grafton Lodge is family owned and family run. The Boyson family takes a hands-on role in the management and operation of our superb residential care home for the elderly in Strood, Kent.

As a family owned and family run business, five members of the Boyson family are actively involved in the running of Grafton Lodge.

Anne Perkins is the Manager of Grafton Lodge. Anne has more than 20 years professional experience caring for elderly people.
Denise Naylor is the Assistant Manager of Grafton Lodge.

Lesley Boyson organises entertainment and leisure activities for residents at Grafton Lodge.

We employ a team of over 25 dedicated, trained and experienced Caring and Support staff.
It's the quality of our carers, and their enthusiastic and compassionate approach to looking after our residents, that raises us head and shoulders above other establishments.
Visitors often remark about the bright and cheerful atmosphere in our homes, and the obvious dedication shown by all our staff.
Our friendly and helpful staff, including Kayleigh, June and Wendy, use their training and skills to offer our residents a safe, comfortable and satisfying lifestyle.
