Grafton Lodge: Rooms and Facilities

A comfortable room at Grafton Lodge. Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms.
We have 20 beds at Grafton Lodge, divided between 10 single and 5 shared rooms.
A spacious, modern lift gives easy access to the rooms on all floors.
Each room is tastefully decorated in a different pastel theme. Central heating and fitted carpets ensure our residents are warm and comfortable all year round.
A convenient hand basin is fitted in every room, and some rooms have en-suite facilities.
Personalise your room
We encourage residents to personalise their rooms to suit their taste and character, for example by hanging family photographs on the walls and displaying treasured mementoes.
Residents are very welcome to bring favourite items of furniture too, or a particularly comfortable bed. The only limitation is whether it will fit and also comply fully with Health and Safety regulations.
Each room has a TV aerial socket, allowing residents to bring in their own television sets.
If required, we can arrange installation of a private telephone line.
Privacy and safety
We greatly respect our residents' privacy and dignity, and our staff always knock on the door before entering.
Call buttons, monitored 24 hours per day, are fitted in each room.
